Dr. Allison Berry Unthank, MD, MPH, Jamestown Family Health Center, Clallam County Health Officer will present a free WOW! Working on Wellness Forum on Wednesday June 10th at 2:00 pm on KSQM Radio at 91.5 FM Radio. Dr. Unthank will be speaking about COVID-19 and what this pandemic can teach us all about the role of public health in our lives and the connection between our personal health and the health of our communities. She will also discuss what we can each do to stay well in these uncertain times. Dr. Unthank graduated from Johns Hopkins University, where she earned her MD and a Masters in Public Health, epidemiology and biostatistics. WOW! Working on Wellness is a health education program of Dungeness Valley Health & Wellness Clinic—Sequim’s free clinic. The Clinic provides basic urgent care and chronic health care services to uninsured community members. Our work is supported by more than seventy volunteers, including physicians, other professional health care providers and laypersons, as well as private and public donations from the Sequim community and beyond.
