Wine Blending class

Description

Would you like to blend your own bottle of wine? If so, join us for our Bordeaux wine blending class. Participants will blend five different Bordeaux wines and create their own unique blend. During the class, we plan to educate participants about the five grapes that go into a Bordeaux blend. The grapes we will use are Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Petit Verdot, Cab Franc and Carménère. Participants will taste each wine individually and then decide on what grapes they'd like to blend together.
