Join us for Windermere Community Service Day on Friday, June 7th, 11am-3pm at 842 E Washington St, Sequim. Buy a $5 raffle ticket to win a set of Adirondack chairs. The Sequim Windermere Real Estate brokers will be building the chairs on site. Tickets can be purchased during the event, or in advance by contacting your Windermere Broker. Proceeds will benefit the Sequim School District's McKinney-Vento Program. The program helps students who are experiencing homelessness by connecting them with supportive services, removing enrollment barriers, providing students with clothing, food packs, bus passes, college application assistance, and medical referrals. Windermere Sequim-East and Sunland will also be building and donating sets of Adirondack chairs to other local non-profits for their own auctions and raffles, like the Sequim Free Clinic, which provides health care to those in need; and the Sequim Boys & Girls Club which provides approximately 350 kids a day with after-school programs dedicated to building academic success, good character and citizenship, as well as healthy lifestyles.
