Description
Explore your creativity at a two-day lantern making workshop. Artist and facilitator Nichole Rose will be leading participants in the art of luminaries. Luminaries are light-filled, lightweight sculptures constructed from a framing material and covered with laminated paper, fabric, or other translucent sheet material and are lit from the inside using various types of battery-powered LED lights.
When you sign up for this workshop you will receive a free ticket to the Wintertide Festival of Lights, where you can bring your luminary creation to join the community lantern parade!
