Description
Come join the Sequim Community Orchestra for our spring concert featuring Haydn's Symphony No. 104, the "London" symphony. Known as the “Father of the Symphony,” Hadyn has more than 100 such works to his name, and was an associate and mentor of Mozart’s and teacher of Beethoven's. We will also be performing Tchaikovsky's "Cappricio Italien", with themes from his trip to Rome, inspired by street music during Carnival and military horns. This concert is free to the public. Baked goods will be available for sale, with proceeds going to the kids string program.
