Experience the beauty of Jardin Du Soleil Lavender farm. A fun, come as you are community yoga practice, medium-paced, and often energizing. We take time to set up proper alignment within a posture and flow, linking our movements with breath awareness. This class accommodates a wide range of experience levels, working on a balance between strength and flexibility. Relaxation is incorporated at the end of every class to leave you feeling recharged and connected to your center.
