Novel Conversations is a monthly book discussion group fostering dialogue around works of fiction and non-fiction, exploring world literature in a round table setting. The Novel Conversations Book Discussion Group meets at 4pm on the fourth Wednesday of each month in the Sequim Branch Library meeting room (third Wednesday this month due to Holiday Season) Border Songs by Jim Lynch When severely dyslexic Brandon Vanderkool is forced to join the Border Patrol, he learns the border is a haven for illegal drug smugglers and other criminals. Meanwhile, disease has struck his father’s herd, and his mother is battling something even more debilitating. Each will have to fight for hope in a world changing too fast.
