Founder Brian Gore has curated an unforgettable lineup featuring Lulo Reinhardt (Germany), Alexandra Whittingham (Britain), Niwel Tsumbu (Democratic Republic of The Congo) and Sönke Meinen (Germany). Don’t miss this evening of ingenuity and expression showcasing the diversity of international guitarists and their performance styles. LULO REINHARDT (German) is well known to IGN audiences. The grand-nephew of legendary Django Reinhardt, Lulo plays Latin Swing music, a combination of Gypsy Swing with Latin rhythms. ALEXANDRA WHITTINGHAM is a dynamic classical guitarist with a repertoire ranging from the classics to contemporary composers. NIWEL TSUMBU has kept his unique Congolese percussive style alive over the past twenty five years living in Ireland. You may have previously seen him leading Ko Tonga Cheol at Field Hall (October 2024). SOENKE MEINEN is a leading Contemporary Fingerstyle guitarist, mixing the incredible dexterity of his high-speed compositions with sensitive ballads.
