Visit a variety of health and wellness booths to learn new approaches to conquer your health concerns. Ride the smoothie bike. Try out a rowing machine. Enjoy a demonstration of Capoeira, a Brazilain martial art. Learn about the successful 5-2-1-0 program. See what wonderful opportunities our community has to offer. Healthy snacks and door prizes.
