Duet Pastel Exhibit

The Gallery will be full of colorful original paintings as area artist, Suzan Noyes joins artist and gallery owner Anne Milligan in the Main Gallery this month. Stop by the Gallery for some tasty tidbits and refreshments, visit with friends, talk with the artists and enjoy the fine art featured on our walls during our opening reception at this October's Art Walk. The show will run through November 20, and the artists will also be available during the November 1st Art Walk. These two seasoned artists have very different approaches to painting in the pastel medium and this exhibit showcases their own unique styles and hand. “Pastel” a form of a dry, solid pigment is a versatile medium that can be used as a drawing tool or like a paint brush; wet or dry, and in combination with watercolor, ink, or acrylic paint, to name but a few.
