Art Blast! featuring The Lowest Pair

Olympia bluegrass duo, The Lowest Pair, will perform at 7pm on January 20 at the Port Angeles Main Library. The Lowest Pair err on the side of creativity in their exploration of poetry, song, and melody, laying down songs about life’s journey that deeply root listeners in their music. This performance will take place during the library’s quarterly Art Blast—a free reception celebrating the opening of the new Art in the Library show. Refreshments will be served, and limited library services will be available during this special after-hours event. The featured artist, Seattle resident Derek Gundy, utilizes bold colors and confident line work to express his subjects with a vivid energetic quality that is characteristic of his work, often featuring subjects close to home - wine & Pacific Northwest salmon.
